Zonte Metals Inc. is set to raise $350,000 through a non-brokered private placement, offering up to 4 million units with accompanying share purchase warrants. Funds raised from this placement, which is subject to regulatory approval, are earmarked for working capital and exploration activities at the company’s Cross Hills property. The offering is also open to insiders, with a portion of the proceeds potentially subject to exemptions from certain regulatory requirements.
