Zonetail Inc., a company traded on the TSX Venture Exchange, has been issued a cease trade order by the Ontario Securities Commission due to a delay in filing annual financial statements and related documents for 2023. The company attributes the delay to unexpected issues with the audit process and anticipates completing the necessary filings between May 17 and May 24, 2024. The cease trade order will remain in effect until the filings are made and the company can apply for its revocation.
