Zodiac Gold Inc. successfully closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising approximately C$123,000 to fund its Todi gold project and boost working capital. The company issued 1,230,000 units, each including one common share and a warrant, with the offering expected to close by January 30, 2025.
