Zodiac Gold Inc., a West-African gold exploration company, has successfully completed its oversubscribed non-brokered private placement, raising CAD$1,348,647, exceeding the initial target of $1,000,000. The funds will advance exploration and drilling at the Todi Gold Project and provide working capital. Additionally, the company settled debts with some directors and officers by issuing shares, enhancing its cash preservation strategy.
