Zodiac Gold Inc. has announced an increase in their non-brokered private placement offering up to C$1.2 million, a 20% rise from the initial C$1 million target. The additional funds are intended to support further exploration and drilling at their Todi Gold Project in Liberia, as well as for general working capital. The offering includes units composed of one common share and a warrant, with potential finder’s fees and insider participation from company directors.
