Zodiac Gold Inc. has successfully closed the second installment of its non-brokered private placement, raising CAD$506,560 to fund its Todi Gold Project in Liberia and for other capital needs. The oversubscribed offering leads to an increase from CAD$1.2 million to CAD$1.4 million, with a final close expected by July 15, 2024. The offering includes common shares and warrants, with a four-month hold period, and is pending final TSXV approval.
