ZKH Group Limited has announced changes to its board of directors and management team, with Ms. Shuangyi Chen resigning from her roles and Mr. Yang Liu, with a strong background in technology, being appointed as a director. The reshuffle, effective August 23, 2024, leaves the Board with six members, including two independent directors, and the audit committee with two members. The Company acknowledged Ms. Chen’s contributions and sees Mr. Liu’s appointment as a step towards furthering its technological advancements in MRO procurement services.
