Zip Co Ltd Secures A$217 Million in Equity Placement

Zip Co Ltd. (AU:ZIP) has released an update.

Zip Co Ltd has successfully completed an equity placement, raising A$217 million at a 2.8% discount to fund the early repayment of its corporate debt and associated exit fee. The placement attracted strong support from institutional investors, with plans to offer existing eligible shareholders a share purchase plan to raise an additional A$50 million. The proceeds will enhance Zip’s capital structure, providing greater flexibility for future growth.
