Zinc of Ireland NL has completed a successful capital raise by placing new shares with sophisticated investors, and is now offering additional shares to existing eligible shareholders at $0.007 each. This offer includes the ability for these shareholders to apply for extra shares not taken up in the initial round. The company, however, has restricted this offer to shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, citing regulatory and cost considerations for excluding other international shareholders.
