Zinc of Ireland NL is set to bolster its exploration and working capital by raising up to $2.19 million through a combination of a Placement Offer and an Entitlement Offer. Investors have the opportunity to participate in the Placement Offer at a discounted issue price, with funds directed towards high-grade zinc projects in Ireland and Western Australia. The company aims to utilize the raised capital for its flagship Rathdowney Trend Project and other critical metals projects, as well as for general corporate purposes.
