Zimmer Biomet Holdings (ZBH) has provided an update.
Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from ten to eleven members, welcoming Devdatt Kurdikar to fill the new position until the 2025 annual shareholders’ meeting. Kurdikar, who joins the Corporate Governance and Compensation and Management Development Committees, has no material interests in any transactions with the company and will be compensated as per the standard arrangements for non-employee directors. His appointment comes with an expectation to sign the company’s standard indemnification agreement for non-employee directors.
