Zhongyuan Bank Co., Ltd. successfully conducted its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) with unanimous approval of all resolutions. Shareholders showed overwhelming support, with a 100% vote in favor for most resolutions, including the approval of various reports for 2023 and plans for 2024. Notably, the Profit Distribution Plan for 2023 received a slightly lower approval of 99.1388%, but still passed as an ordinary resolution.
