Zhongsheng Group Holdings Limited has announced an increase in shareholding by its controlling shareholders, Mr. Huang Yi and Mr. Li Guoqiang, who have purchased 920,000 additional shares through Blue Natural Development Ltd. This acquisition has raised their total stake in the company to approximately 48.92%. The Board also confirmed that the company maintains sufficient public float of its issued shares as per regulatory requirements.
