Zhongsheng Group Holdings Limited has reported an increase in shareholding by its ultimate controlling shareholders, Mr. Huang Yi and Mr. Li Guoqiang, through the acquisition of an additional 4,287,000 shares. This purchase has raised their total stake in the company to approximately 49.09%. The management has indicated plans to further increase their shareholding when deemed appropriate, while maintaining sufficient public float.
