Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing Co., Ltd. has entered into 34 finance lease agreements with Dishangtie Car Rental (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, acquiring new energy logistics vehicles and patents for RMB110 million, and leasing them back over terms of 24 to 36 months for a total payment of RMB119,387,808, inclusive of finance lease interest. This series of transactions, aggregated due to common control under the same ultimate beneficial owner, qualifies as a discloseable transaction according to the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
