Zhong Ao Home Group Limited has announced that the First Vendor has filed an appeal against a previous judgment, requesting a revocation and amendment of the judgment to include a payment of RMB20 million plus interest by the First Vendor to the Purchaser. The company is consulting with its PRC legal advisers and will update shareholders and potential investors on significant developments in the litigation.
