Zhihu Inc. has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) set for June 26, 2024, in Beijing, where shareholders will review and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023. The meeting will also involve re-electing directors, including executive director Mr. Yuan Zhou, non-executive director Mr. Zhaohui Li, and independent non-executive director Ms. Hope Ni. Additionally, the company will discuss authorizing the Board to issue additional shares and set director remuneration.
