Tietto Minerals Ltd. (AU:TIE) has released an update.
Zhaojin Capital Limited and its affiliates have increased their holding in Tietto Minerals Limited from 69.30% to 74.85%, following a series of acquisitions under an off-market takeover bid. The transactions have resulted in Zhaojin Capital obtaining a relevant interest in an additional 63,300,654 fully paid ordinary shares of Tietto Minerals. These strategic moves have significantly strengthened Zhaojin Capital’s voting power in the mining company.
