Zeus Resources Ltd. (AU:ZEU) has released an update.

In a transformative move for Zeus Resources Ltd., shareholders voted to oust Mr Ding Xu and Mr Sitong Wu from the board of directors during the recent General Meeting, while also approving the appointment of Mr Alvin Tan. The company experienced mixed results with several other resolutions, including the failure to pass amendments to the Constitution and the non-removal of Non-executive Director Robert Marusco.
