Zentek Ltd. has successfully conducted its annual and special shareholder meeting, with all board of director nominees elected and resolutions passed, including the appointment of BDO Canada LLP as auditors and the confirmation of the Company’s omnibus long-term incentive plan. The company continues to focus on developing and commercializing proprietary technology, such as ZenGUARD™, to enhance product safety and efficiency.
