ZCCM Investments Holdings PLC has announced the departure of Mr. Moses S Nyirenda from its Board of Directors, effective 17th July 2024. Nyirenda, who served as a Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee since his appointment in December 2021, has had his appointment withdrawn by the Majority Shareholder, the Industrial Development Corporation. The company expressed its gratitude for Nyirenda’s contributions and wished him success in his future endeavors.
