Yunnan Water Investment Co., Limited has engaged in connected transactions involving substantial financial assistance and the provision of security by way of a fixed charge over shares. These transactions are subject to various compliance requirements under the Listing Rules, including independent financial advice and shareholder approval. A circular with full transaction details and advice from the Independent Financial Adviser is due to be distributed to shareholders by mid-October 2024.
