Yunnan Water Investment Co., Limited has announced a delay in sending out a circular regarding the major transaction of selling a 65% stake in its subsidiary, Hunan Lizhou Water Co., Ltd. The Company has been granted an extension by the Stock Exchange to dispatch the circular by 31 July 2024, instead of the initial deadline of 16 July 2024, due to the need for additional time to prepare the necessary information.
