Yum China Holdings, Inc. has announced changes to their Board committees, with Ms. Mikel A. Durham joining the Audit and Compensation Committees, while Ms. Min (Jenny) Zhang steps down from the Audit Committee, effective September 20, 2024. This reshuffling comes as part of the company’s ongoing governance and oversight adjustments.
