Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited has announced the execution of an overhaul agreement with Poly Changda Engineering for the Suiyuenan Expressway Overhaul Project (Phase 4), continuing their connection from previous phases. The transaction is reported to be fair, reasonable, and in the normal course of business, which aligns with the company’s strategic interests and shareholder expectations. No significant terms have changed from the initial July 2024 announcement.
