Yue Da International Holdings Limited has announced a change in their board of directors, with Mr. Xue Zhicheng appointed as an executive director and Mr. Yu Guangshan resigning from the same role, effective 14 October 2024. Mr. Xue, who has extensive experience in financial management, is also associated with the company through family shareholdings and his role in related companies.
