YT Realty Group Limited has announced an extension of the Long Stop Date for the completion of the disposal of the entire share capital of one of its subsidiaries. Originally set for June 30, 2024, the new deadline is now July 31, 2024, to allow additional time for fulfilling the conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement. Other terms of the agreement remain unchanged.
