YPB Group Limited, known for its brand protection and consumer engagement technologies, has decided to withdraw Resolution 7, which proposed a 10:1 share and option consolidation, following careful consideration of shareholder feedback. The withdrawal will not impact the validity of already submitted proxy votes for the upcoming AGM.
