YouGov plc has announced that Rosemary Leith has resigned from the Board of Directors and her role as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, effective April 30, 2024. Leith’s significant contributions over her nine-year tenure have been praised by Stephan Shakespeare, the Chair of the Board. The company is currently searching for a new Non-Executive Director to fill her position.
