Yoshitsu Co., Ltd. is convening an extraordinary general meeting to seek shareholder approval for a proposed trade name change to ‘Tokyo lifestyle Co., Ltd.’, aligning with their growth strategy and brand recognition enhancement. Additionally, the meeting will address the appointment of a new accounting auditor, Sakurazaka Audit Corporation, following the termination of the contract with the previous auditor, ShineWing Japan LLC.
