York Harbour Metals Inc. has entered into an option agreement with Australian-based Firetail Resources, allowing Firetail to earn up to an 80% interest in York Harbour’s Copper-Zinc-Silver Project in Newfoundland and Labrador. Firetail’s commitment to the project includes $500,000 AUD, 175 million shares, and a 10-kilometer drilling program over three years. The transaction, which is still subject to regulatory approval, reflects York Harbour’s confidence in Firetail’s ability to advance the project swiftly.
