Yongnam Holdings Limited’s subsidiary, Yongnam Engineering & Construction, has transferred its contractual obligations for two major projects, Contract T316 and Contract N109A, to Aztec Steel Pte. Ltd. through novation agreements. These contracts involved design, supply, fabrication, installation, and dismantling works for projects with Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
