Yongnam Holdings Limited’s subsidiary, Yongnam Engineering & Construction, has transferred its obligations for a sub-contract involving the installation of temporary steel works for the Rapid Transit System Link to Aztec Steel Pte. Ltd. through a novation agreement. This change will have the Replacement Sub-Contractor assume all related duties, obligations, and liabilities, effectively releasing the original sub-contractor from previous commitments.
