Yongnam Holdings Limited and its subsidiary, Yongnam Engineering & Construction (Private) Limited, have been officially wound up by the High Court of Singapore, with new liquidators appointed from KPMG Services Pte. Ltd. There are no further updates on the company’s winding up process or any material developments affecting its financial position. The company will continue to release announcements in compliance with the SGX-ST Listing Manual should any material developments occur.
