Yongnam Holdings Limited has announced the cessation of its equity interest in the dormant associated company Yongnam 2023 Pte. Ltd., which has been struck off on 31 May 2024 after remaining inactive since its establishment in July 2023. The Group held a 30% stake in Yongnam 2023 through its subsidiary Yongnam Engineering & Construction (Private) Limited. Shareholders and creditors are urged to stay informed by reading company announcements and seeking professional advice if necessary.
