Yojee Director Ups Stake Following Shareholder Nod

Yojee Ltd. (AU:YOJ) has released an update.

Shannon Robinson, a director at Yojee Limited, has increased their holding in the company by 1,300,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at a price of $0.03 each, following approval from shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting on June 26, 2024. This transaction has raised Robinson’s total shareholding to 3,020,000 shares. The additional shares were issued directly to the director and there were no disposals reported in this change.
