Yixin Group Extends Partnership with Tencent for Marketing Services

Yixin Group Limited has renewed its Promotional Services Framework Agreement with Tencent Computer for an additional three years, starting January 1, 2025. This agreement involves Tencent providing advertising and marketing services to promote Yixin’s financial products on its platforms, with service fees determined by market rates and successful financial product applications. These transactions are considered continuing connected transactions, subject to specific reporting and review requirements under Hong Kong’s listing rules.
