At the Annual General Meeting of YiChang HEC ChangJiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. held on June 7, 2024, all resolutions were passed, including the approval of the Board of Directors’ and Supervisors’ reports for the year ended December 31, 2023, the consolidated financial statements, and the 2023 annual report. Additionally, the re-election of executive Directors Mr. JIANG Juncai, Mr. WANG Danjin, and Mr. CHEN Hao for the fourth session of the Board of Directors was approved with high majority votes.
