YiChang HEC ChangJiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has announced a delay in the despatch of documents related to its proposed pre-conditional privatization merger with Sunshine Lake Pharma Co., Ltd. due to the need for more time to fulfill the pre-conditions required for the merger. The company has obtained consent to extend the deadline for the document despatch to the earlier of 7 days post-fulfillment of pre-conditions or by 7 July 2025, with further updates to be provided in compliance with the Takeovers Code.
