YH Entertainment Group’s 2024 AGM concluded with unanimous approval for all proposed resolutions, including the re-election of executive directors, the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor, and the adoption of new share issuance and repurchase mandates. Shareholders showed strong support with a 100% vote in favor for the majority of resolutions, and a notable 99.39% backing for the new share issuance and repurchase mandates.
