YesAsia Holdings Limited announced that the resolution proposed in their extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on July 15, 2024, was unanimously passed by its shareholders, with a total of 233,966,975 votes in favor and none against. The resolution pertained to the approval and ratification of the Letter of Offer and its related transactions.
