YesAsia Holdings Limited announced that the resolution proposed in their extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on July 15, 2024, was unanimously passed by its shareholders, with a total of 233,966,975 votes in favor and none against. The resolution pertained to the approval and ratification of the Letter of Offer and its related transactions. The voting at the EGM was conducted by poll, and there were no restrictions on shareholders’ voting rights.
