Yantai North Andre Juice Co., Ltd. has announced the withdrawal of an ordinary resolution regarding the election of Mr. Wang Jun Feng as a Shareholder representative Supervisor due to his need to focus on other business affairs. Consequently, the existing Supervisor, Mr. Huang Lian Bo, has retracted his resignation and will continue his role until the next election. Shareholders are advised that all other resolutions will proceed as planned at the upcoming EGM.
