Yankuang Energy Group Company Limited successfully convened its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM), passing all resolutions including the distribution of a final and special cash dividend alongside the allotment of bonus shares to shareholders. Amendments to the Articles of Association were also approved to reflect an increase in registered capital and a new share capital structure following the granting of a general mandate to the Board to issue additional shares.
