Yankuang Energy Group Company Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 1.3 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, with an updated exchange rate and withholding tax information. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD at the rate of 1.4267 per share, with a 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders, and a 20% tax for resident individuals in the PRC. The dividend is set to be paid on July 30, 2024, following the shareholders’ approval on June 21, 2024.
