Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company held its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 18, 2024, with a strong shareholder turnout of 66.11% of total shares. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved key resolutions including the Board’s reports, the 2023 annual report, the final financial report, the profit distribution plan for 2023, and the re-appointment of KPMG Huazhen LLP as independent auditors for 2024.
