Yangtze Optical Announces Final Dividend

Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Co (HK:6869) has released an update.

Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.514 per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2023. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by June 21, 2024, to be entitled to the dividend, with the payment date set for August 16, 2024. A withholding tax of 10% for non-resident enterprises and 20% for individual mainland investors through stock connects will apply.
