Yandex (YNDX) has released an update.
Yandex N.V., soon to be renamed Nebius Group N.V., has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders to be held on August 15, 2024, in the Netherlands, where key decisions will include the adoption of the annual accounts, director appointments, and amendments to the Articles of Association. Shareholders are encouraged to vote in person or by proxy and can access AGM materials online. The AGM will address a range of critical governance decisions, including board appointments and equity incentive plan amendments.
