Yancoal Australia Ltd has issued over 1.5 million performance share rights to certain senior executives under their 2024 long-term incentive plan, with vesting conditions to be met by the end of 2026. The shares, representing about 0.12% of the company’s issued share capital, may be settled in stock or cash upon the board’s discretion. This strategic move is part of the executives’ compensation package and is in line with the company’s equity incentive plan approved by shareholders in 2018.
