Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors by appointing the esteemed Dr. Mary A. Tagliaferri, a veteran in the biotech field with a distinguished history of clinical research in oncology and strategic partnership development. Her term as a Class I director will run until the 2025 annual meeting. Dr. Tagliaferri, who holds numerous accolades and board positions, will be compensated in line with the company’s policy, and has been granted an indemnification agreement. The company publicly announced her election through a press release on March 4, 2024.
