Gérard Ber, Ph.D., has announced his resignation from the Board of Directors of Y-mAbs Therapeutics, effective June 10, 2024. The departure is amicable, with no disagreements over operations, policies, or practices cited. Dr. Ber will continue to offer his expertise to the company in a consultative capacity post-resignation, and the company has expressed gratitude for his dedication and service.
